Craft three different styles:
- London Dry Style Gin: Makes a bright, crisp, and refreshing London Dry style gin with notes of pine and citrus, and a warm pepperiness on the palate.
- Mint Leaf Style Gin: Makes a refreshingly crisp mint leaf style gin, juniper forward with bright notes of citrus and mint.
- Rosemary Style Gin: A deliciously aromatic and flavourful gin with strong notes of juniper and rosemary, and bright notes of citrus.
